I've started 2025 by reading a bunch of books but this is the standout so far! It's a mystery romantic comedy set at a UK mansion at Christmas time. 

Ally Carter is a new to me author but I really enjoyed this book so I'm going to pick up the first book of her new series, The Blonde Identity.

I met my reading goal (it was 127 I think) but it was a slog there at the end. I'm thinking about trying new things this year, like a reading bingo, a read the states challenge, etc. Just something new and different. 

I also really, really, really need to make a massive dent in my TBR pile. It's GROWN! How did that happen? I don't know! 

Well, okay. It's because I'm often left unsupervised in a bookstore and there are so many interesting books and beautiful editions. I'm loving these deluxe editions with the sprayed edges.
