Mid-Year Check-In

I have a HUGE project occurring this week. So instead of doing a book review (which takes some time), I'm just doing a quick post saying where I am in my book reading goals. 

For 2021, I decided on 240 books for the year. I had big plans of making a dent in my kindle books and physical books. 

As it stands, I've read 111 books this year. According to Goodreads (where I keep track), this puts me at the 46% into my goal. 

Goodreads also says that I'm 8 books ahead of schedule. 

Looking at my stack of books, I don't feel like I've made a huge dent but I can see the second row in my bookshelf, so I absolutely have made some little dent.
