September 2019 Lavish Bath Box

I'm still behind! Yikes. September's theme was Extraterrestrial Highway. This is a okay box because I've used one item. Yup. I've finally brushed off my heater so I can take more comfortable bubble baths through the winter. I kept everything in the box except the Alien Ooze, which went to my friend's younger sister who loves jelly soap.

At the moment, the box is still available in the Lavish shop. It's about $39 before shipping.

There were six items total. The top row items, from left to right are:

  1. Desert Sunset Bubble Bath Sand by Soaring Suds. It has notes of Mandarin and Coconut. I'll be honest, I hope the Coconut is minor because it reminds me of many spring breaks spent worshiping the porcelain god. Coconut Rum has a very short shelf life in my history and I cannot really stand the smell of it. That being said, the salts here are really beautiful and I did keep them.
  2. Can't Touch This Bath Bomb  by Bubble Boss Bath Co. I've used this (I forgot it glowed in the dark, so I didn't try that out at all). I smelled more green apples than wildflowers but this was a large bath bomb and gave the water a lovely tint. I used this whilst reading Night Sins by Tami Hoag (which I'm still chugging along with) and took pictures of it in action. I used it with two other items I received in Lavish Boxes.
  3. Rocket Ship Bath Bomb by Felecia's Bath and Body. I'm quite excited about the shape and hope it looks really cool in the water. I haven't used it as of yet though.

The last three, bottom row, left to right:

  1. Alien Ooze Jelly Soap by Sugar Shower Co. I'm not as keen on jelly soap but my friend's younger sister loves it. I tend to keep any jelly soap that enters my house for her so I can't tell how this went. It is lime green and fairly jiggly.
  2. Roswell, NM Body Mist by Soak + Unwind. I'm not sure what Cactus Nectar or Violet Leaf smells like but sometimes I spray scent in the water before bubble baths since long scents on me are possible migraine culprits. I have two scents I can handle right now so I'm not sure I'm the best to determine what's good scent-wise. This will probably be bubble bath water additions so I can have a semi-perfumed bath.
  3. Loving Little Alien Bubble Bar by Rock Oil Naturals. It's so colorful and has a little alien. Adorable. I'm backlogged on my bubble bar because I'm trying to use up some older philosophy bubble bath stuff (it's like...two years old!) I'm pretty extravagant with bubble bars. Sure, it could be used more than once but I've got a shit ton right now.
